The basic settings to effectively manage the shooting system of the ball shooting machine are four:
1- LIFTING AND LOWERING THE TRAJECTORY
The Triaxial System (patented by Globus) permits to change shooting height to obtain low shots or shots at different heights (for example, midair or at the top corner of the goal).
The movement takes place by means of an electrical motor reducer that quickly lifts and lowers the wheels to the desired position.
To lift or lower the shot, press the buttons on the control panel.
2 - HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT OF SHOOTING DIRECTION
“Moving horizontally” means that it is possible to move the wheels horizontally to shoot the ball at the left or at the right of the goalkeeper or a target.
Just hold the handles and push them laterally to shoot at the desired directions.
a – Side shooting range setting
A special device, which we call limit switch, permits to establish the side shooting angle to create unpredictable situations for the goalkeeper while limiting possible mistakes.
3 - SPEED SETTING OF THE RUBBER SHOOTING WHEELS
The motor control setting the shooting wheel speed is in the control panel located in the rear part of the machine.
The two wheels can be set independently by means of two knobs (potentiometers) that control the motors.
Wheel speed can be set micrometrically on 999 levels.
a - Setting of ball speed
The speed of the two sheels is set by means of the two buttons on the left of the control panel, which increase or decrease the spinning speed of the motors and, as a consequence, the shooting speed of the ball.
b - Setting of the arching of trajectories
In the central part of the control panel, there are two buttons, which permit to set automatically the arching of the trajectory towards the left or the right in a very precise way and, notably, independently from the ball speed.
EuroGoal 1500 permits to set the desired spin effects in an extremely easy way.
4 - SIDE INCLINATION
Thanks to the triaxial system, Globus Eurogoal can be inclined laterally, thus creating shooting trajectories with great arching, like in the free kicks with wall (TOP SPIN), or with spin flattening (BACK SLASH).
To incline the Eurogoal machine laterally, lower the handle sideways until the wheels are in an oblique position, as shown in the picture.
5 - STORAGE OF SHOT SETTING
The control panel of EuroGoal 1500 has 5 memory buttons that make the use of the machine on the pitch very easy.
Indeed, by keeping a button pressed for some time, it is possible to store the settings of speed and spin. By keeping a button pressed for a short time, it is possible to recall previously-stored settings.
The great advantage of this solution is that the triainer can switch from one kind of shot to another just in a few seconds without mistakes. This guarantees a more practical use of the machine and permits to change spin even during very rapid goal shooting sequences.
